House Layout

The Apartment

Enter through Gresham Hall through a private entry door for the 3 apartments which are attached to the main hall. Upper Wing is situated on the second floor and requires walking two flights of stairs to access the apartment.

The primary bedroom boasts a king-size bed alongside bedside tables, Freeview TV and a en-suite shower room.

Bedroom 2 is furnished with zip and link twin beds (which can be made into a luxurious superking on request) wardrobe and bedside tables with lamps.

The family bathroom comprises of a bath with overhead shower, WC, washbasin and heated rail.

The kitchen welcomes you in with a delightful hamper of local produce and features sloped ceilings. An electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer and beautiful wooden floors ensures this is a space you wish to entertain in.

The spacious living room provides a 40″ Freeview TV, DVD player and Bluetooth speaker. Two elegant sofas provide a wonderful space to sit back with a glass of wine to while away the evenings.

Outside

Beautiful countryside estate grounds are for guest to explore and enjoy, perfect for letting children explore nature.

There is an estate tennis court for guests to enjoy.

To the front of the property there is parking for the Upper Wing for guests to use.

Notes

Accessibility please note this is a second floor apartment that requires walking two flights of stairs.

Pets well behaved dogs are accepted.

Tennis court works on a first come first served basis.

Heating during the renovations, an eco-friendly biomass boiler was set up. This guarantees that guests will enjoy cosy warmth and ample hot water throughout the year.

Please note that single use plastic is discouraged. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, hand soap and washing up liquid are all provided in refillable glass containers.

Linen and Towels included within price.

WiFi is available.

Parking parking is available for guests in the ground wing.

High chairs and cots can be made available on request – please note mattresses and linen for cots are not provided.

If guests would like to book Gresham Hall alongside the ground wing then there is an adjoining door to connect the whole Hall together. Ideal for large families and groups!

The owners offer a wonderful selection of local treats and produce for their guests on arrival!

The Hall has a strong eco ethos! Firewood is collected from around the estate, when hot tubs are emptied the water is collected to use in the gardens and the sugar-beet and peas grown within the fields are sent to local factories.
