House Layout

Enter Gresham Hall through the large wooden doors into the grandeur, wooden panelled entrance hall which boasts a wood burner, comfortable seating and access to all ground floor rooms and an impressive staircase to the first floor.

Bedroom 1 is a zip and link super king size bedroom (which can be made into 2 single beds). The bedroom offers a Freeview TV, wonderful features and french doors which lead to the garden.

The ground floor shower room is located at the opposite end of the hallway and comprises of a shower cubicle, WC and washbasin as well as a heated towel rail.

The drawing room is very spacious and offers plenty of comfortable seating for 10 guests. The room is flooded with light from the large windows which wrap around the room and the cosy element is brought about by the large open fireplace. The room benefits from a 50″ Freeview TV as well as lamps and ornaments.

The kitchen is another beautiful space for families to come together throughout the day. It is a large room filled with utensils and worktops to prepare hearty meals from to pop into the large Aga. There is a microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer as well as a table and chairs to enjoy breakfast from or informal meals. The room is decorated with a large decorative fireplace, wooden flooring and tiles as well as fun artwork and large windows overlooking the garden.

The dining room can be access through the kitchen or from the hallway and boasts a large table and seating for 10 guests. The room is adorned with a chandelier, decorative fireplace, wooden flooring and grand fixtures and fittings which make the space feel warm and inviting.

Beyond the kitchen is a cocktail bar, ideal for entertaining from and a utility space with boot room.

Ascend the statement staircase to the first floor which presents 4 opulent bedrooms, all with their own ensuite bathrooms.

Bedroom 2 is a spacious four-poster super king-size room, offering a view of the vast rear garden and hot tub. Designed with exquisite attention to the hall’s historical character. There is an ensuite bathroom which boasts a free standing roll top bath and a large walk in shower cubicle, also access from the hallway. The bathroom has a large mirror with lights and vanity unit alongside a heated towel rail, WC and plenty of natural light.

Bedroom 3 is a beautifully appointed zip and link super king-size room (which can be split into twin beds) with a view of the rear of the house and its delightful gardens. Adorned with charming wisteria wallpaper, the room is adorned with numerous ornate pictures and decorations. There is access to an ensuite shower room with walk in shower, WC, vanity unit with mirror and a heated towel rail.

Bedroom 4 offers a king size sleigh bed with Freeview TV and ensuite shower room. The room provides views of lush gardens and a meticulously maintained croquet lawn which runs beside the property, along with complimentary Freeview TV and lovely woodland wallpaper. The ensuite shower room comprises of a walk in shower, WC, heated towel rail and vanity unity with mirror and lighting.

Bedroom 5 is yet another flawlessly designed super king-size room, boasting a view of the front of the house. The bed is a zip and link, therefore offers the option of splitting into 2 single beds. The ensuite offers a bath with overhead shower, WC, washbasin and heated towel rail.

Each room showcases exquisite period characteristics like ornate fireplaces and stunning decorations.

Gresham Hall is lucky enough to be surrounded by acres of fields, extensive woodlands, a private valley, manicured lawns and estate walks to view the vast array of flora and fauna.

There is a patio area with outdoor furniture to enjoy alfresco dining, alongside a hot tub and tennis court.

To the front of the property there is plenty of parking spaces for your group to take advantage of.

Pets well behaved dogs are accepted – please note the dog must not go upstairs or on carpeted areas within the hall.

Hot tub charged at an additional £80 per stay.

Tennis court works on a first come first served basis.

Heating during the renovations, an eco-friendly biomass boiler was set up. This guarantees that guests will enjoy cosy warmth and ample hot water throughout the year.

Please note that single use plastic is discouraged. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, hand soap and washing up liquid are all provided in refillable glass containers.

Parking parking for up to 5 cars is available.

High chairs and cots can be made available on request – please note mattresses and linen for cots are not provided.

Please note there are no stairs gates for the stairs.

If guests would like to book Gresham Hall alongside the attached apartments then there is an adjoining door to connect the whole Hall together. Ideal for large families and groups!

The owners offer a wonderful selection of local treats and produce for their guests on arrival!

The Hall has a strong eco ethos! Firewood is collected from around the estate, when hot tubs are emptied the water is collected to use in the gardens and the sugar-beet and peas grown within the fields are sent to local factories.

Gresham Hall can be found just 3 miles from Sheringham, a wonderful Victorian seaside town which boasts a Blue Flag beach, a plethora of independent businesses and eateries as well as great transport links and the North Norfolk Steam Railway. The estate is surrounding by acres of serene fields, flora and farmland, making it an ideal space to retreat to with family and friends.

If relaxing is top of the agenda then the property also boasts a shared tennis court and private hot tub amongst fields of flora and nearby extensive woodlands. If local attractions and entertainment are high on the agenda then this area of North Norfolk us bustling with family attractions such as Amazona Zoo and Cromer Pier, Pensthorpe, Muckleburgh Collection alongside plenty of stately homes and National Trust sites such as Felbrigg Hall, Blickling Hall, Sheringham Park and Holkham Hall.
