We are Tom and Alex, the owners of Norfolk Cottage Agency, and we love all things Norfolk, from holidays to independent businesses!
We are proud to have built a hugely reliable and professional team around us to assist in running some of Norfolk’s prettiest and beautifully located holiday homes. We have been able to create systems which work and which rely on outstanding, effective and attentive customer service (something which has always been at the heart of all our work and proven through winning awards back in York before we moved to Norfolk). Furthermore, we have just opened our first office on Holt’s high street and welcome you all to pop in to say ‘hello’.
Our passion lies in not only delivering the best possible, personable service to holiday home owners and our guests, but also in working with (and promoting) Norfolk born, independent businesses. We believe the area has huge talent and we feel it’s our job to help promote this talent to our holiday makers.
Norfolk Cottage Agency was launched in November 2021 after over 20 years’ experience in the industry, working within various Nationwide companies in around the UK.
