Below you can find the answers to some questions we frequently get asked at Norfolk Cottage Agency.

Once you have found the property you would like to stay in and made sure it is available for your dates, click ‘Book Now’ and follow the on-screen instructions to secure your booking.

The deposit is a third of the booking price and this will secure your booking. This can either be paid by debit/credit card when you make the booking or via bank transfer or cheque. If you would prefer to pay via bank transfer, you will automatically receive an email around 15 minutes after you have made the booking with the bank details on.

The balance for your holiday is due 6 weeks before your stay is due to commence.

If you’d like to pay via debit/credit card, please log into your account you used to make your booking and follow the links to pay the balance. Alternatively if you paid your deposit via bank transfer or cheque, you are able to do the same for the balance. However if you have any questions, please do give us a call on 01263 808899.

Our aim at NCA is to be as transparent as possible with all our guests. Your booking price includes a £20 (inc VAT) booking fee. Most properties will also have a refundable damage deposit which will be taken from your bank 7 days before your stay is due to commence. This will then be returned to you 3 days after your booking has finished providing there are no damages.

Each home is different. If the cottage does it will be listed on their specific property page. If you do bring a dog, they are not to go in bedrooms or be left alone at anytime. Please also keep them off furniture as much as possible and if they have a tendency to go on your sofa at home, please either try keep them off or bring a throw with you to protect it. Please see above charges regarding dogs.

Yes, nearly all our properties include linen and towels, but please do bring your own beach towels. There are currently a few properties which do not include towels so please check the Notes on the property to confirm.

Our check out time is 10:00am and check in is from 4:00pm.

We will send out all the arrival information 7 days before your stay is due to start. If you require any further information beforehand, please do not hesitate to get in touch!
