Sea Life Centre Hunstanton

Visit one of the many colonies of Common Seal in The Wash, enjoy panoramic views aboard one of their two famous amphibious-themed vessels, the Wash Monsters, and learn about legends and facts from around the coast of The Wash with Searles Sea Tours.

Visit Brancaster beach

The nearby Holme-next-the-sea is the start of the Norfolk Coast Path, which takes you along the stunning coastline all the way to Cromer – we don’t expect you to walk the whole thing! Brancaster forms part of this walk and its wide, sandy beaches are popular with families, dog walkers and budding sand castle builders.

Visit Local Nature Reserves

The RSPB Tichwell Marsh nature reserve and the Holme Dunes nature reserve, are both located close by. Discover the local bird populations and watch migratory birds feed on the beautiful salt and freshwater marshes, pine woodland and reedbeds. Some of the species you can expect to see include oyster catchers, ringed plover and avocet.
