House Layout

Enter Woodland View View into the hallway which leads to the lounge, downstairs WC, utility and kitchen/diner. The lounge is a cosy space with comfortable seating for 6 along with a coffee table, lamps and a Smart TV.

The kitchen/diner is a good size and overlooks the rear garden with patio doors for access. The kitchen boasts all the usual utensils alongside an electric hob and oven, large fridge freezer and plenty of crockery/storage. There is a good sized dining room table with 2 benches to seat 6. From the dining space there is access to a small utility with sink and laundry facilities.

Head up the stairs in the hallway to the first floor.

Ascend the stairs to the first floor where you can find a super-king bedroom with ensuite alongside a king bedroom and a twin room with jack and jill bathroom.

The master bedroom is a large room with super-king bed, internal mirrored wardrobe, bedside tables with lamps and an ensuite shower room with WC, washbasin and shower cubicle.

The second bedroom boasts a king size bed alongside another mirrored internal wardrobe and bedside tables with lamps. There is a connecting bathroom which joins bedroom two with bedroom three. The bathroom offers a bath with over-head shower, wash basin and WC.

Bedroom three is a twin room with bedside tables and lamps alongside another internal mirrored wardrobe.

Woodland View offers private parking for 2 cars alongside a rear garden which is laid to lawn. There is garden furniture to relax on during warmer months and sunnier days.
