House Layout

Enter Westway through the front door into the open plan lounge space.

The lounge is spacious and comfortably seats 4 guests. There is a TV/DVD player/CD player and DAB radio with plenty of books and umbrellas by the front door for a rainy day.

Head up 2 steps to the kitchen and dining area which are really well equipped with all that you could need whilst on holiday. There is a fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, electric over and gas hob as well as a dining table which seats up to 6 and french doors into a private courtyard which gives access to an external utility and bathroom with shower, WC and washbasin. The utility area is convenient and spacious.

Head up the stairs to the upstairs landing where you can find both bedrooms and the family bathroom.

Bedroom 1 offers a double bed and views out to the sea. There are bedside tables with lamps and a rail.

Bedroom 2 offers twin beds, bedside tables, lamps and a cupboard for storage.

The family bathroom has a walk in shower, WC and washbasin.

Westway boasts a quaint, enclosed courtyard at the rear of the property.

Heating Gas Central Heating.

On street Parking. There is on street parking on nearby streets West Cliff and Morris Street as well as a pay and display car park less than 100 yards  away where it is possible to buy weekly passes.

Westway is located in a quiet spot within the hub of the vibrant coastal town of Sheringham. The town is a key destination on the North Norfolk coast for holiday makers to enjoy a plethora of beachside activities, shopping, dining and adventurers to other local attractions, beaches and villages.

The town enjoys a Blue Flag beach, golf course, leisure centre, steam train which runs to Holt, rail and bus links as well as a buzzing town centre with plenty of eateries and shops. This Victorian town hosts various events throughout the year which draw in wonderful crowds and is also home to a range of water sports, beach huts and an RNLI Lifeboat station.
