House Layout

As you walk into the impressive modern 2021 barn conversion you are welcomed by a large open plan dining room, kitchen and lounge space with Karndean floor, perfect for family meals, gatherings and relaxing in front of the TV.

The dining space has a large table and seats for 8 alongside a cabinet which houses the welcome packs.

As you walk through the dining room space and into the well equipped, bright kitchen you can’t help but noticed the restored beams, lighting and features which give The Tack Room a stylish and modern feel. The kitchen offers an electric range oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer and door leading to garden.

Next to the kitchen is a lounge space which seats 8 and features Sky Q.

There are 2 ground floor bedrooms which are both accessed from doors within the dining space. Bedroom 1 boasts a king size and patio doors leading out to the courtyard area with hot tub. There is a TV and en-suite shower room with WC and washbasin.

Bedroom 2 hosts a wonderful Super king bed (which can be split to 2 single beds if needed) and a brick feature wall behind the bed. There is a TV and a large grey and modern en-suite bathroom with over head shower, WC and washbasin.

At the top of the stairs is a bright landing with glass balcony overlooking the open plan space downstairs.

From the landing enter into bedroom 3 which is a spacious main bedroom, boasting a Super king bed, tv, velux window and en-suite bathroom with over head shower, WC and washbasin.

Across the landing is bedroom 4 which is a king size bed or 2 single beds, velux windows and ensuite shower room with WC and washbasin.

The Tack Room is fully enclosed with a brick wall making it ideal for families and dogs.

To the side of the property is a courtyard area with garden furniture for 8 guests and hot tub. There is even a warm water shower for your four legged friends to freshen up after a muddy walk or beach stroll.
