House Layout

Ground Floor

Enter the property through the coastal blue Dutch door and into the living room. Here there is comfortable seating for 4, a Smart TV, living flame fire within the old fireplace and plenty of books and games to keep couples and families entertained on a rainy day.

Step into the kitchen/diner where you will find a lovely Belfast sink, coffee machine, electric hob and oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, microwave, washing machine, fridge/freezer and seating for 4. Beyond the kitchen is a small utility area which offers an iron, ironing board and coat hooks and the family bathroom which features a bath with shower, washbasin and WC.

The stairs from the kitchen lead to the first floor.

First Floor

Ascend the stairs in the kitchen to reach the first floor which boasts wonderful wooden flooring in the front bedroom.

Bedroom 1 overlooks the front of the house and offers a king size bed as well as hanging space, a chest of drawers, rocking chair and bedside tables.

Bedroom 2 has views across the enclosed back garden and has a double bed alongside bedside tables, a chest of drawers, comfy lounge chair and cupboard.

Outside

To the front of the property there is a bench overlooking the communal front garden, a great spot for an early morning coffee.

To the rear of the property is a long, enclosed garden with summer house and decking area housing a table and seating for 4. There are various lounge chairs within the summer house, ideal for relaxing on in the warmer months.

There is on street parking outside at the front of the cottage with plenty of parking spaces for multiple cars.

Sunny Beck Cottage is located down a small, leafy side street away from the busy family resort of Mundesley, yet just a few minutes walk to the beach and amenities.

This vibrant village is a wonderful tourist hub over the summer and offers a plethora of amenities such as crazy golf, play area and splash pad, tennis court and surf/paddle boarding school. There is a good selection of eateries, independent shops and seaside paraphernalia on offer too.

Mundesley is just a 15 minute drive to Cromer which is home to some great attractions such as Amazona Zoo, The Cromer Pier and has more recently become famous for Banksy’s Great British Spraycation artwork. Access to some great beaches is easy from Mundesley and The Norfolk Broads is just a 20 minute drive away.
