With an open plan kitchen, dining and living area it has never been easier to come together as family and friends for quality time. The kitchen is well stocked with all you need to make a Sunday roast or full English breakfast and the living room has a cosy electric fire and sofa, perfect for curling up with a good book after a day spent exploring North Norfolk.

With two furnished bedrooms, a family bathroom and en-suite, the whole family is catered for. An enclosed, private garden ensure children play safely and enjoy their time in nature.

House Layout

On first stepping into Slow You Down you will find yourself in the spacious boot room, perfect for kicking of wellie boots and drying off after a stomp around Kelling Heath.

Into the open plan kitchen, dining and living area which is a large, well lit space. The kitchen has a sink, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, washing machine, oven, gas hob and various cooking utensils. There is a dining table for 4 people and a kitchen island with views out to the woodland.

The living room features a large corner sofa, coffee table and television. French doors open out onto the decking, with calming, private woodland views.

The primary bedroom contains a king size bed with bedside tables, a TV unit, chest of drawers, dressing table and mirror, built in wardrobe and shelving. The bed faces a large floor to ceiling window with scenic views of the woodlands. The en-suite has a walk in shower, WC and hand basin.

Bedroom 2 is a twin room with bedside table, mirror, shelving and built in wardrobe.

Family bathroom comprises of walk in shower, WC and hand basin.

Slow You Down sits on a peaceful enclosed plot, offering privacy among the woodland. There is space for 2 cars between mature bushes and a wrap around deck with two sets of garden furniture and parasol.

The Village Centre is approx a 10 minute walk.

Heating Gas Central Heating.

Private Parking within and outside of the plot.

Linen and Towels included within price.

Indoor Pool Closure
As part of Blue Sky Leisure’s continued investment in its facilities, significant remedial and refurbishment works will be undertaken to the Indoor Pool and poolside facilities at Kelling Heath Holiday Park this Autumn/Winter.

Works will start on Monday 4th November 2024 and be completed by Friday 14th February 2025. 

These works will also include improved access to the indoor pool which will benefit all users.

The steam room will also be refurbished to bring this in line with the recent sauna works.

The gym and changing rooms will remain open throughout this period.  The pool, steam room, sauna and spa pool will be closed.

The stunning Norfolk coast is a mere 5-10 minutes by car, as are Georgian and Victorian towns Holt and Sheringham, where seaside activities are plentiful.

Kelling Heath boasts 300 acres of woodland and heath alongside a village pub, shop and fitness suite – including a fabulous pool, steam room and sauna. There are also tennis courts, fishing spots and the occasional pop up food truck, so there really is something for everyone!
