House Layout

As you enter Sea Pines, you’re greeted by a hallway that leads to the lounge, a downstairs WC, a utility room, and an open plan kitchen and dining area. The lounge is a cosy retreat, offering comfortable seating for six, along with a coffee table, lamps, and a Smart 55″ OLED TV and Bose speaker for entertainment.

The spacious kitchen/diner overlooks the rear garden, with patio doors providing direct access. It’s equipped with all the essentials, including an electric hob and oven, Nespresso coffee machine, a large fridge-freezer, ample crockery, and plenty of storage. The dining area features a large table and chairs, comfortably seating six. From here, you can access a small utility room with a sink and laundry facilities.

Continue up the stairs in the hallway to reach the first floor.

Ascend the stairs to the first floor where you’ll be greeted by the master bedroom. This is generously sized, featuring a double bed, built-in mirrored wardrobe, bedside tables with lamps, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower cubicle, WC, and washbasin.

The second bedroom offers a super king-size bed, mirrored wardrobe, and bedside tables with lamps. It shares a connecting bathroom with the third bedroom. The bathroom includes a bath with an overhead shower, WC, and washbasin.

The third bedroom is a twin room, complete with bedside tables, lamps, and a mirrored wardrobe.

Sea Pines offers private parking for 1 car alongside a rear garden with outside garden dining furniture.

Pets 2 Dog accepted, but strictly to be kept downstairs.

Private Parking There is private parking for 1 cars at the front of the house, with nearby visitor bays available.
