It’s just a 30-minute coastal walk out to the end of Holkham beach – which promises a wide stretch of sandy beach away from the crowds (the chances you’ll have the beach to yourself are very high, even in summer). Paddle boarding, kayaking and sailing are very common sports from Burnham Overy quay! No. 4 is also just a 2-minute walk away to a wonderful coastal pub, The Hero.

The cottage boasts a wood burner and Amazon Fire stick in the lounge, alongside a large dog friendly shared back garden, 2 good sized bedrooms, family bathroom with separate shower, dining room and well-equipped kitchen. Opposite the cottage is a large village playing field with tennis courts and playground. Parking is free and available right outside the property!
