Sleeping 4 guests in 2 bedrooms, Pine Lodge is an attractive lodge in the heart of Kelling Heath amongst woodlands and nature. This open-plan lodge is the perfect escape for those looking to unwind and soak in the tranquility of the North Norfolk landscape.

The lodge features a lovely decking area, ideal for enjoying morning coffee or getting lost in a good book. The enclosed deck provides a safe space for the little ones to play while you relax.

Despite its peaceful woodland setting, Pine Lodge is just a 5-minute stroll from the village square, where you’ll find a variety of activities, including a village shop, pub, cafe, and leisure centre. The area also offers playgrounds, tennis courts, a stargazing field, and much more for you to explore.

House Layout

Enter Pine Lodge into the spacious open plan kitchen, dining area and living space. A modern, well equipped and comfortable area to enjoy unwinding in with family and friends.

The living area offers 3 sofas, a coffee table, electric wood burner effect fire, TV and large windows which flood the area with natural light. The kitchen is modern and is equipped with a gas hob, microwave, over and grill, washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle and all the utensils you could need to cook up a storm! The dining area has seating for 4 and patio doors out to the decking area.

The main bedroom is home to a king size bed with bedside tables, a drawer unit, mirror and walk in wardrobe. The room boasts an ensuite with walk in shower, WC and hand basin.

Bedroom 2 is a twin room with a bedside table and lamp as well as a large built-in cupboard and drawers.

Family bathroom comprises of bath with shower overhead, WC, storage space and hand basin.

Pine Lodge offers a large woodland plot with enclosed decking area. The deck offers seating and a bench for al fresco dining. There is ample parking for 2-3 cars. 

The Village Square is approx a 5 minute walk.

Heating Gas Central Heating.

Private Parking within and outside of the plot.

Linen and Towels included within price.

WiFi is not offered at the lodge but available in the village square free of charge.

Please note this is not a dog friendly property.

IMPORTANT NOTICE.

Indoor Pool Closure
As part of Blue Sky Leisure’s continued investment in its facilities, significant remedial and refurbishment works will be undertaken to the Indoor Pool and poolside facilities at Kelling Heath Holiday Park this Autumn/Winter.

Works will start on Monday 4th November 2024 and be completed by Friday 14th February 2025. 

These works will also include improved access to the indoor pool which will benefit all users.

The steam room will also be refurbished to bring this in line with the recent sauna works.

The gym and changing rooms will remain open throughout this period.  The pool, steam room, sauna and spa pool will be closed.
