Enter into the spacious hallway which features herringbone style flooring and bright, modern artwork.

From here walk straight into the deceptively large living area and kitchen. The lounge features a comfortable 3 seater corner sofa that faces a large 50″ smart TV which tilts from the wall bracket. This room promotes small, independent artists and local printmakers through artwork and homely features.

The dining area flaunts an impressive handmade table with seating for 4.

The kitchen is extremely well equipped and features a large American style fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, microwave, washer/dryer and dishwasher. There is also ample cutlery and crockery with a modern design.

Opposite the lounge area are patio doors which lead to private parking and a small outside courtyard, perfect for breakfast.

Head back into the main corridor and enter into the contemporary bathroom which boasts black accessories, a rainfall shower, free standing bath and heated towel rails.

Opposite the bathroom is the bedroom with king size bed, large wardrobe, bedside tables, dresser and industrial style lamps and bedside lights. The room is completed with soft furnishings which gives the space a homely feel.

Impressive mosaic style table and chairs are outside to enjoy at anytime of day!

There is a communal garden space which features garden furniture and a washing line.
