House Layout

Ground Floor

Enter Morris Minor and you’ll find yourself in a Victorian tiled corridor with plenty of hooks, storage, and seats. The first reception room on your left is a wonderful and light room to unwind in, with a piano and traditional fireplace feature. A fantastic place to play games and enjoy one other’s company.

The second reception room consists of comfortable seating and a wood burner, as well as access to the kitchen/diner and a door to the rear yard. A fantastic place to unwind after dinner or a day at the beach. The kitchen/diner is a wide space with floor tiles and a table and chairs facing the courtyard. There is plenty of space for shopping, as well as an Everhot (similar to an AGA), fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, spacious butler sink and hallway access. There are large patio doors that lead to the south-facing courtyard, letting in plenty of light.

You will find a WC with wash basin under the stairs.

First Floor

Ascend the stairs to the first floor, which houses the family bathroom, three bedrooms, and a large landing.

The family bathroom is a fantastically spacious space, complete with a freestanding, feature roll top bath, rainfall shower, WC, washbasin and wide round mirror. The bathroom has a wooden floor and flawlessly balances beauty, character, and functionality.

Bedroom 1 has a king-sized bed, a fireplace, sash windows, plenty of storage and a magnificent ensuite bathroom with a bath, overhead shower, WC and basins.

Bedroom 2 is a spacious double room with two single beds. There is lots of storage as well as a lovely feature mantle. The accommodation has a view of the front of the property and the beach.

Bedroom 3 is a small bunk bed room (top bunk not in use) that is ideal for a child to sleep in.

Outside

Morris Minor has a quiet, south-facing patio that is ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring. This can be accessible via the snug room or the kitchen. There is a back gate that is great for sandy feet coming off the beach.

On street Parking. There is on street parking on nearby streets West Cliff and Morris Street as well as a pay and display car park less than 100 yards away where it is possible to buy weekly passes.

Linen & towels are included within the price.

Morris Minor is the bottom 2 floors of the larger house 14 Morris Street which you can see here. Please note the second floor of this house is not to be used when Morris Minor is booked any use of it will immediately result in the loss of your refundable damage deposit.
