House Layout

Enter the property into a small hallway which guides guests up the stairs and into both the kitchen and lounge area.

Enter the kitchen, featuring a sizeable dining room table accompanied by chairs for seating up to six individuals. The dining space seamlessly connects to the kitchen in an open-plan layout, showcasing a distinctive window providing views into an entertainment area at the rear of the property. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, a fridge with ice box, a Belfast butler sink, and an ample supply of crockery and utensils.

Descend from the kitchen into a spacious entertainment area, ideal for games and relaxation. This zone boasts comfortable sofas with a coffee table, doors leading to the rear garden, and a lofty vaulted ceiling that enhances the overall sense of space. This area leads back into the lounge, featuring a television, and plush seating (please note the wood burner is not currently in use)

Discover the utility and a downstairs shower room adjacent to the entertainment room. The utility area is equipped with a Belfast butler sink and a washing machine, while the bathroom includes a shower, WC, and washbasin.

Ascend to the first floor, where you’ll discover two generously-sized king bedrooms and a bunk bedroom, accompanied by a spacious family bathroom.

The family bathroom is bright and spacious with a bath, over-bath shower, WC, washbasin and heated towel rails.

Bedroom 1 offers a king size bed, bedside tables with lamps and plenty of natural light. There is a storage space opposite the bed with room for shoes and clothes.

Bedroom 2 is another king size bed with bedside tables with lamps and wardrobe space.

Bedroom 3 is a slightly smaller single room with bunk beds. This room overlooks the rear garden.

Lapwing has a large rear garden which is perfect for dogs, children and relaxing in after a long day exploring. There is private parking on the front drive alongside a small front garden which offers mature bushes and trees.
