House Layout

Enter Coast Haven into the hallway which leads to all rooms within the bungalow. Immediately on the left is the kitchen which offers ample amenities including oven, electric hob, under counter fridge and freezer box, Tassimo coffee machine, microwave, kettle and toaster to ensure any stay is comfortable. There are also two windows with lovely views to Beeston Hill across the quiet smooth running local railway line. Opposite the front door is the lounge and dining space which offers a round dining table with 4 seats, a sofa and arm chair to seat 4 as well as 4K Smart TV and coffee table. The area is bright and offers a view of the rear garden.

Bedroom 1 is a large room furnished with a double bed and bedside tables. There is a chest of draws and full length mirror as well as two windows overlooking the side and front of the property which flood the room with natural light. There is also a smart HD TV and built in wardrobe. Bedroom 2 is a twin room, complete with a large cupboard providing ample storage space and a bedside table with a lamp.

The recently refurbished bathroom offers a shower, toilet and washbasin with a mirror.

Coast Haven has a good size garden which wraps around the majority of the bungalow with modern garden furniture. There is work being done on the garden when the property is unoccupied and is expected to be ready for Spring 2024. More pictures to follow once completed. The garden will be fully enclosed.

Parking Private parking for 2 cars is available outside the property.
