House Layout

Enter this charming Victorian house into the long hallway which leads to the staircase, living/dining room, kitchen and WC.

The living room comfortably seats 8 guests and boasts a large bay window overlooking the front of the house. There are various tables and lamps ensuring the room is cosy, alongside a feature fireplace and 42” TV with Sky (incl Sky sports), BlueRay DVD player and Amazon Echo.

The dining room has been opened up to create a wonderfully sociable living area and is located to the rear of the property. There is a table which seats 8 alongside a book case and matching feature fireplace to the living room.

The kitchen can be accessed through the dining room or from the Victorian hallway. It is beautifully painted in blue and offers a range cooker with gas hob and electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and kettle. There are patio doors leading out to the paved courtyard.

There is a WC under the stairs with washbasin and mirror.

The first floor of Barnacle Nook offers 3 bedrooms and a family bathroom.

Bedroom 1 is a king size bedroom with plenty of light, a cupboard and chest of drawers, alongside a wall mounted TV with Freesat, Netflix App, Amazon Prime App and catch-up services.

Bedroom 2 is a twin room at the rear of the property with chest of drawers and bedside table.

Bedroom 3 is a great bunk bed room, perfect for the younger members of the family with chest of drawers and bedside table.

The family bathroom is a large space with bath and over head rainfall shower, vanity unit with wash basin and illuminated mirror, WC and heated towel rail.

The top floor of Barnacle Nook is a bright and spacious king size bedroom with en-suite shower room.

The room has 2 velux windows overlooking the roof tops of Sheringham and out towards Beeston Bump. There is a rail for storage alongside bedside tables, a chest of drawers and TV with Freeview Netflix App, Amazon Prime App and catchup services.

The en-suite boasts a walk in rainfall and hand held shower, large vanity unit with wash basin, WC and illuminated mirror.

The front of the property is a paved area which leads to the street.

The rear of the property offers an outdoor contemporary seating and a lounge area, making it a relaxing area for al fresco dining after a long day at the beach.

Pets 2 well behaved dog permitted.

Parking There is limited on-road parking of just 45 minutes directly outside the property.  The Station Road long stay car park is at the top of the road; You can buy a hourly, daily ticket or a weekly ticket which is transferable to other north Norfolk District Council car parks. Alternatively, you may be able to find free parking along The Boulevard or in North Street or South Street
