House Layout

You enter Augusta through a charming, purple door straight into the Lounge, which features seating for 6 plus TV with Sky Q. The room is bright and airy due to the large bay windows which look out onto a small, but cottage style front garden.

From the lounge you walk into the hallway. This leads to a modern Kitchen which features a roof lantern. Gas hob, oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. Patio doors lead to enclosed garden which is perfect for al fresco dining, dogs and access from the beach through the back gate.

The ground floor Bathroom (large wet room) is accessed through the kichen and consists of WC, basin, bath and walk in shower. Ideal for those with mobility issues who can’t climb the stairs or for hosing off the sand and seawater after a day on the beach.

Bedroom 1 is off the hallway and features a King sized bed, wardrobe, cupboard with shelves, dressing table with mirror and bedside cabinets, plus a wall mounted TV. Perfect for those who wish to stay downstairs!

Family Bedroom which features King size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, dressing table with mirror, bedside cabinets as well as a child’s bed (please request this is made up on booking – size is 140cm x 69cm).There is also an en suite which features a shower and basin, algonside a wall mounted TV. A really comfy, good sized bedroom to relax in!

Augusta Cottage is a beautiful holiday let located in Sheringham. The property is located close to the coastal towns of Weybourne and Cromer.

The cottage is perfectly positioned in the town centre, with just a two minute walk to the shops and the beach. There’s plenty of restaurants, pub and cafes located within five minutes, great for filling up after a day on the sandy beach.

You’re also not far from Sheringham train station, perfect if you want to travel around Norfolk and further afield throughout your holiday. Sheringham boasts a plethora of pubs, cafes and is home to The North Norfolk Railway which runs to Holt and has seasonal events throughout the year.
