House Layout

Upon entering Astley House through the main door, you step into a welcoming lobby area that features a conveniently located WC. From this point, you have access to the lounge, kitchen, and a staircase leading to the first floor.

The lounge is impressively spacious, offering a wood-burning stove, comfortable seating for up to 8, a TV, and an abundance of tables, lamps, and natural light. The lounge also connects seamlessly to the kitchen/diner through double doors, creating an open and expansive ground floor layout.

The kitchen/diner is another generously sized area, featuring a substantial dining table that can accommodate up to ten guests. The kitchen is well-appointed, equipped with modern amenities including a dishwasher, microwave, Belfast butler sink, electric oven, and hob. It also provides an array of utensils and cookware, ensuring you have all you need to prepare delicious family meals. The kitchen area offers access to a utility space, a snug, a downstairs bathroom, and a door leading to the rear garden.

The utility room can be accessed from the front of the house and serves as an ideal space for returning from a long, muddy walk.
