House Layout

Access 3 Mill Street by way of the enclosed courtyard leading to the front door, which opens into the compact yet well-equipped kitchen.

Stocked with all the essentials for preparing hearty meals, the kitchen includes an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, microwave, coffee machine, as well as ample utensils and crockery.

Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area, where the staircase to the first floor is located. Guests will find a dining table with seating for 4, along with plenty of hanging space for coats and a shoe rack and bench situated beneath the stairs.

The lounge, a snug space featuring a gas effect log burner, two sofas, and a TV, provides a comfortable retreat.

Head up the stairs to a small landing which leads to two bedrooms and the family bathroom.

The family bathroom is modern with a bath and over-bath shower, WC and washbasin. There is plenty of storage and space for toiletries.

Bedroom 1 offers a double bed with bedside tables and lamps. There is a small hanging space for clothes and rack for shoes.

Bedroom 2 is a twin room with chest of drawers and bedside table with lamp.

There is a small enclosed courtyard at the front of the property with a small table and 4 chairs to enjoy a quiet drink on a warm evening.

Heating Gas central heating with underfloor heating.

Superfast WiFi with speeds upto 50GB is included within the price, ideal for those who may need to do a little work on the go!

Pets up to 2 dogs are accepted.
