House Layout

Enter the holiday home through the front porch which offers space for coats and muddy boots. From here access the open plan lounge with stairs up to the first floor.

The lounge is a good size for 4 guests and offers plenty of comfortable seating, an electric fire and large TV. This space extends to the rear which leads to a good sized conservatory which offers a dining room table and seating, alongside plenty of plants and natural light.

The kitchen is compact but offers everything guests may need to create a home-cooked meal after a long day of exploring. Here you’ll find an electric hob and oven, built in microwave, fridge, washing machine and plenty of crockery and utensils.

Ascend the staircase to reach the first floor.

Bedroom 1 has recently been refurbished with a modern feel, offering a double bed, side tables and lamps as well as an accent chair.

Bedroom 2 is a twin room with bunk beds and offers plenty of storage.

The family bathroom offers a bath with over head shower, WC and washbasin.

Sarah’s Cottage offers a lovely enclosed rear garden with patio furniture, lawn and beautiful borders full of seasonal flowers. To the front of the house there is parking for 2 cars on the driveway.

Pets up to 2 dogs are accepted.
