House Layout

Heathland Lodge is a single storey holiday lodge and can be accessed through the front gate which leads to a large partial wrap around decking to the front door.

As you enter the front door there is storage space for coats, shoes and those muddy wellies. The hallway then gives access to the large open plan kitchen, diner and lounge as well as both bedrooms, the family bathroom and a single room which can be used for infants and children.

The kitchen/diner/lounge is a spacious area with lots of natural light and patio doors leading onto the decking. There is comfortable seating to easily seat 5 with a Smart TV also located in the lounge.  The dining area offers table and chairs for up to 5 to dine. The modern kitchen is well equipped and offers a fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine/dryer,  dishwasher, gas hob and electric oven.

Bedroom 1 is a king size room which boasts an ensuite shower room with WC and wash basin and walk in wardrobe. The room also offers a chest of drawers, bedside tables with lamps and a long mirror.

Bedroom 2 is a twin room with a chest of drawers, wardrobe and bedside table with lamp.

The family bathroom is modern and features a bath with overhead shower, vanity unit with washbasin and mirror, a heated towel rail and a WC.

The extra single room is a clear space which can be used for cots and offers extra wardrobe space.

Heathland Lodge benefits from a large, enclosed garden with a good sized decking at the front of the property which enjoys the sun throughout the day.

There is ample outside furniture to relax on and dining al fresco style couldn’t be any easier through the patio doors which lead from the open plan lounge/diner/kitchen to the decking.

There is parking for multiple cars on the plot.

Kelling Heath is nestled in 300 acres of woodland and heath just a few minutes drive from the Weybourne beach and offers a great variety of amenities throughout the park, including 4 playgrounds, a leisure centre with gym/indoor and outdoor swimming pool/jacuzzi/steam room and sauna.

For the more adventurous type, the park also offers fishing, a plethora or walks and cycle paths, cycle hire and it is a designated Dark Sky Discovery Site, meaning that it’s one of East Anglia’s top locations to star gaze from.
