Located on a quiet residential street, just a few minutes’ walk from the town centre, sea front and our other houses in Augusta Street, local amenities are only a short walk away.
Small Madge has a large kitchen, diner and lounge which makes it a very sociable house. There's also a private snug and an enclosed garden which is perfect for outside dining, families and dogs. The local golf course is extremely close and can be viewed from the rear windows.
The ground floor bedroom and bathroom/shower room also offer those with limited mobility great accessibility. Off-road parking and plenty of street parking is available too.
Sleeps up to 8 guests (you are able to upgrade to Big Madge for the middle floor to be unlocked to sleep a total of 15 guests).

Small Madge House is a relaxing Sheringham holiday cottage located just a few minutes from the beach. With a range of facilities right on your doorstep it's a great property to explore Norfolk from.
Just a 4 minutes walk will take you right to the beach front and town centre, perfect for having evening meals in the local pub.
The property is also surrounded by other coastal villages including Cromer and Wells-next-the-sea, so visiting other areas whilst you're here is easy, you are close to multiple coastal walks and beautiful seaside towns.
