Duncan cottage is a well positioned Sheringham holiday cottage, a one minute walk will take you straight onto the beach. The town centre is also within similar distance, the local shops and restaurants being just a couple of minutes away.

As the property is located in Sheringham, you are also not that far away from other villages so exploring other areas of the Norfolk coast including Cromer and Weybourne is easy.

The Sheringham Little Theatre is just up the road and makes a perfect evening activity, as does The Norfolk Norfolk Railway, Felbrigg Hall, Sheringham Park and if it’s a rainy day the town’s modern leisure centre is a great place to head to.

Have stayed at Duncan three times now and enjoyed our time there. Spacious rooms and well furnished, now with the added benefit of en-suites. Close to the beach and also the town, all within easy walking distance. Fully recommended.
