Our self-catering Holt holiday cottages
Just four miles from the coast, Holt is one of the most popular Norfolk villages. Packed full of independent and boutique cafes and shops it's a great location to explore. Throughout the summer and winter months a weekly artisan market is held, bringing together some of the most sought-after local businesses. If you’re looking for a relaxing break, Holt is home to a beautiful 100-acre country park, great for the family and your pets.
Our Holt holiday cottages are suitable for a wide range of holiday makers. From families to couples your needs will be taken care of. Don’t worry about bringing high chairs, stair gates or towels, your cottage includes these. Our properties are furnished to an extremely high standard with our country cottages just a short walk to the local shops and a short drive to the coast.
Perfect for: Couples, groups, families, romantic getaways. Holt is a great base for exploring Norfolk from.
Don’t miss: Fancy a ride on a steam train? Then just outside of Holt is the North Norfolk Railway which runs between Sheringham and Holt. The ride is around 20 minutes long and transverses through the North Norfolk countryside.
Our favourite places: We have to be a little bias as Holt is our home town. We love nipping in for a coffee at one of Holt’s amazing cafes before a spot of retail therapy at the wonderful boutique shops such as Norfolking Around, and Grace & Thorn. Once you’re finished, a brief walk in either Holt Country Park or Spout Hills will leave you feeling refreshed.
Events: When staying at a holiday cottage in Holt you must check out the local Market. Their is also the summer festival and the town is involved in the Sheringham 40s weekend. For winter breaks, the ‘Holt Lights’ mid-November is a great attraction.
