Walk into the spacious Living Area, here the highlight of the room is undoubtedly the floor to ceiling brick fire place with working wood burner. The room also features 2 large sofas, comfortably seating 4. There is also a TV with Netflix, DVD player and 100s of DVDs for those rainy days. At the other end of the room is a dining table with seating for 4.
From the Living Area, walk into the Kitchen/Dining Area which has undergone recent refurbishment and is extremely well equipped with fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine and toaster. The kitchen also benefits from a dining table with seating for 4.
Back door leading to Courtyard Garden and stairs leading to the first floor.
Walk up the stairs and you'll reach the well sized Main Bedroom which features a large Super-King bed alongside a wall mounted TV, cupboards for storage, bedside cabinets and touch lamps. Located at the front of the house.
The Twin Bedroom is located at the rear of the cottage and features 2 single beds, a chest of drawers and hanging space. A perfect room for the younger members of the family.
The Family Bathroom is also at the rear and has a shower over bath, basin, WC and storage unit.

At the rear, is an enclosed Courtyard Garden.
