House Layout

Beautifully tiled Hallway with console table. 

Off the Hallway and situated at the front of the house is a spacious Living Area with comfortable seating for 10. The room also consists of a charming original fireplace, cast iron radiator and wooden flooring. There is a TV (BT TV included) and DVD player. 

Back through the Hallway towards the rear of the house is a large open plan Dining Area and Kitchen. The Dining Area features a large table seating 10, as well as more original features and a large cupboard. The bespoke Kitchen features a Range Master Electric Cooker, Smeg Fridge/Freezer, Smeg dishwasher, washer/dryer, toaster, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine. There is also a pantry area. 

Through the back of the kitchen is an outside door to access the garden as well as a store cupboard.

Before heading up the stairs there is a small WC.

As you go up the stairs and straight on at the first level, you enter a contemporary Family Bathroom which features a shower over bath, basin and WC as well as another fireplace. Perfect for cosy bathroom relaxing.

From the bathroom and up another level of 2 stairs, you reach Bedroom 1 which is located at the rear of the house and features a King size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, dressing table, bed side tables with lamps, as well as an En Suite Bathroom featuring shower, basin and WC. 

Bedroom 2 is located at the front of the house and features a large King sized bed, wardrobe, sofa, chest of drawers and bedside tables with lamps. The room also has a balcony with great sea views. 

Bedroom 3 is also located at the front of the house and features a single bed and a chest of drawers with lamp on. 


As you venture onto the Second Floor of this Victorian house, you enter Bedroom 4 which is located at the rear of the house and features an original fireplace as well as a window seat. The furniture consists of a King sized iron frame bed, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets with lamps.  

Bedroom 5 is at the front of the house and again boasts wonderful sea views. The Super King bed can be split into 2 singles upon request and there is also a single bed. Storage consists of a wardrobe and chest of drawers whilst the room also boats an original fireplace, Llyod loom chair, as well as bed side tables with lamps. 

The enclosed garden features comfortable sofa seating, tables with further seating and a BBQ.
