House Layout

Enter into the property via the porch and hallway

Off the hallway you will find the Lounge and dining area. This area provides comfortable seating for 12 with a 46″ TV featuring Sky TV including Sky Sports. At the other end is the dining area with a large table and again seating for 12. From here you can access the garden through the large patio doors.

From the hallway you can also access the kitchen which is well equipped with a breakfast bar, double oven, 8 ring hob, dishwasher, large freestanding fridge and freezers, microwave, kettle and toaster. You can also access the garden from here through the back door.

Before you reach the lounge and kitchen you come to a small snug room which provides comfortable seating for 6 with a TV. A great space to relax away from others with a book and coffee. Or perhaps a space for the children to take over.

A bathroom/Utility shower, WC and basin. Washing machine and tumble dryer can also be found on the ground floor – great for walking into straight off the beach!

Head up the stairs and you come to 4 bedrooms and a bathroom!

Bedroom 1 is situated at the rear. It boasts a Super King bed, wardrobe, dressing table with mirror, and beside cabinets.

Bedroom 2 is located at the front of the house and offers another Super King bed (which can be split into 2 singles upon request), wardrobe, dressing table with mirror and bedside cabinets.

Bedroom 3 overlookings the rear garden and also has a Super King bed (which can be split into 2 singles upon request), wardrobe, dressing table with mirror and bedside cabinets.

Bedroom 4 is a twin room featuring 2 single beds and bedside cabinets and wardrobe.

The bathroom offers a bath, separate walk in shower, WC and basin.

Head up the final staircase to bedroom 5 and 6, as well as another bathroom!

Bedroom 5 has a King sized bedroom featuring wardrobe, dressing table with mirrors and beside cabinets. There are wonderful sea views from this room!

Bedroom 6 boasts a Super King sized bedroom (which can be split upon request), wardrobe, dressing table with mirrors and beside cabinets. This room also offers great sea views! A perfect to relax with your book!

The Bathroom has a bath, shower, WC and basin.

Big Ramey House is a beautiful Sheringham holiday cottage located near to Cromer and Holt. The property is just a few minutes walk from the beach and the town centre, everything you need is within walking distance.

The Sheringham Little Theatre is also located just a 10 minutes away, perfect if you would like to catch a show whilst your visiting! Alongside the theatre, the town offers The North Norfolk Railway as well as a modern leisure centre, link golf course and Blue flag beach.

The town is located just a few miles from the likes of Felbrigg Hall, Cromer, Holt and Blicking Hall, all of which are great days out!
