Follow a track from The Granary down to a private entrance to Marriott's Way which is a 26 mile footpath, bridleway and cycle route which follows 2 disused railway lines. A perfect afternoon or early morning stroll!
Walk through the main entrance into a Utility Room which is great for those muddy boots and coats. The room also offers a tumble dryer.
From the utility room, walk into the large Living Area which features Kitchen, Dining Area and Sitting Room.
The newly refurbished Kitchen is extremely well equipped with an electric double oven, large fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster. The Dining Area offers seating for 6 as well as a sideboard with speaker.

Bedroom 2 is located at the rear of the house and features a Super King/Twin bed (please inform us of your bed preference when booking), wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets.
Bedroom 3 features a single bed, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet.
The modern Family Bathroom features a large walk in shower, mirror over basin and WC.

Location The property is located on a working arable farm and therefore you may experience vehicle noise, but this is kept to a minimum.
The nearest convenience store is situated just 2 minutes away in the village of Cawston. The market town of Aylsham is only 3 miles away where you you will find 2 super markets, cafe's, pubs, butchers and a bakery. The wonderful Blickling Hall is just a 4 minute drive away and offers hours of fun, walks, a cafe and historic house. There is also a great Norfolk pub just outside the house. Felbrigg Hall is another great place to visit and is only a 20 minute drive away.
The village of Heydon is also just 3 miles away and features a tea room, pub, bakery, beautician and a few other shops.
The Georgian town of Holt is also just 11 miles away and offers a plethora of boutique shops, cafes, pubs, restaurants and Holt Country Park.
